Our Director Mark Fernandez facilitated the Field Service Workshop for the FCA (14th March) covering the ever changing dynamics of what Field Service Teams face on a day to day basis. In the workshop they also discussed how do you get the best out of your franchisees? What skills and attributes must a field service representative have and how do we find them in today’s economic climate?
This workshop also covered:
- Key roles of field services
- Who is the best person to deal with compliance and why?
- What technology is available to keep ahead of the game and how do we use the information to inspire our franchisees?
The delegates of the workshop were motivated and perhaps enlightened on the ‘day to day’ roles and current issues being faced and more importantly came away with some tricks of the trade to deal with them.
